Below are answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, returns, and account support.
1. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
We're sorry if your order isn't perfect! If any item is missing or incorrect, please email us at info@mytiyabi.com with your order number and details of the missing items, and we'll take care of it.
2. What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments are processed securely.
3. How do I know if my order was received?
A confirmation page and email (with your order number) are sent after checkout. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Email info@mytiyabi.com if you need assistance.
5. What if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email info@mytiyabi.com with your order number, item name, and a photo of the issue.
6. Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Accessories cannot be exchanged.

7. Where is my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your order status.
8. Which countries do you deliver to? What are your shipping options?
We currently deliver within the UAE. Standard delivery: 2–3 business days. Cost: AED 30. Free shipping for orders above AED 500.
9. Do I have to pay customs duties?
Some countries may charge customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees when importing goods. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are paid upon delivery. If required, our courier may request a copy of your ID to process the shipment.
10.How long does delivery take within the UAE, and what does it cost?:
Delivery Time: Up to 3 business days. Cost: AED 30. Free delivery on orders above AED 500.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
11. How do I return an item?
You may return items within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@mytiyabi.com with your order details.
12. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 21 business days and credited to your original payment method.
13. What is your return/exchange policy?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
✔ Unworn and unwashed
✔ All tags must be attached
❌ Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned

14. What if I forgot my password?
Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
15. Why am I having issues with my payment?
We use 3D Secure verification for safety. Contact your bank if payment issues persist.
16. How can I update my contact preferences?
You're in control! If you'd like to adjust how we contact you, log into your Tiyabi account, go to 'Contact Preferences', and select or deselect your preferred communication options.
