Below are answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, returns, and account support.
1. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
We're sorry if your order isn't perfect! If any item is missing or incorrect, please email us at info@mytiyabi.com with your order number and details of the missing items, and we'll take care of it.
2. What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely.
3. How do I know if my order has been recieved?
Once your order is placed, you’ll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. If you need help, please contact us at info@mytiyabi.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
5. What if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email info@mytiyabi.com with your order number, item name, and a photo of the issue.
6. Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are not accepted for sizing issues, change of mind, or items ordered incorrectly by the customer.Accessories cannot be exchanged.

7. Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.
8. Where do you ship?
We currently deliver within the UAE only.
Delivery time: 2–3 business days
Delivery cost: AED 40
Free delivery: On orders above AED 500.
9. Do I have to pay customs duties?
For UAE deliveries, no customs or duties apply.
10.How long does delivery take in the UAE?
Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Delivery cost is AED 40, with free delivery on orders above AED 500.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
11. How do I return an item?
You may return items within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@mytiyabi.com with your order details.
12. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 21 business days and credited to your original payment method.
13. What is your return/exchange policy?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
✔ Unworn and unwashed
✔ All tags must be attached
❌ Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned

14. What if I forgot my password?
Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
15. Why am I having issues with my payment?
We use 3D Secure verification for safety. Contact your bank if payment issues persist.
16. How can I update my contact preferences?
You're in control! If you'd like to adjust how we contact you, log into your Tiyabi account, go to 'Contact Preferences', and select or deselect your preferred communication options.
