1. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

We're sorry if your order isn't perfect! If any item is missing or incorrect, please email us at info@mytiyabi.com with your order number and details of the missing items, and we'll take care of it.

2. What payment options do you accept?

At Tiyabi, we accept:

3. How do I know if my order was received?

Once you place your order, you'll see a confirmation message with your order number. You'll also receive an email with these details. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, if you need assistance, please email us at info@mytiyabi.com, and our team will do their best to help. Be sure to check our Refund & Exchange Policy for more details.

5. What if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We sincerely apologize for any issue with your order. Before dispatch, each item is carefully checked by our quality control team. If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@mytiyabi.com with:
• Your order number
• The item name and product code
• A photo of the issue
Our team will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

6. Can I exchange an item?

We always want our customers happy! We do direct exchange given that the same product is available. If the product is not available, then we will exchange something of the same value given the below return/exchange policy?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
✔ Unworn and unwashed
✔ All tags must be attached
❌ Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us.

9. Do I have to pay customs duties?

Some countries may charge customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees when importing goods. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are paid upon delivery. If required, our courier may request a copy of your ID to process the shipment.

11. How do I return an item?

We want you to love your purchase! If you'd like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds are 100% of the purchase amount
• Customers will cover the return shipping fee (AED 30)

12. How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 21 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

15. Why am I having issues with my payment?

We use 3D Secure payment verification for added security. If your payment isn't going through, please contact your bank, as they may require additional verification.
