  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days across the UAE.

  • Express Delivery: Next-day delivery is available for select locations (additional charges may apply).

  • Shipping Fees: Complimentary shipping on orders above AED 300 .

1.2 Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.


2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At TIYABI, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items purchased on sale, promotional discounts, personalized items, and accessories are non-returnable.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
