1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Delivery Within the UAE

- Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days across the UAE.
- Express Delivery: Next-day delivery is available for select locations (additional charges may apply).
- Shipping Fees: Enjoy free shipping on orders above AED 500.

1.2 Order Tracking

-Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.


2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At TIYABI, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges quick and easy.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

2.1 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    - Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
    - Returns are not accepted for change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect items ordered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
    - Sale, promotional, personalized items, and accessories are non-returnable.

2.2 How to Initiate a Return

2. Approval and next steps

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you the return confirmation along with clear instructions.

4. Return shipping or drop-off costs, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Approved items can be dropped off at our store or at a designated return location, as advised by our team.

2.3 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem. Exchanges are available within 7 days, subject to stock availability. We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive and inspect the original item.


3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
