  • We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other secure payment options listed at checkout.

  • If there’s a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the UAE with delivery in 2-3 business days.

  • Free shipping on orders above AED 300 otherwise, a small fee applies.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days if items are unused and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are available for size and color changes (subject to stock).

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
